Abraham Danon - Testing and Quality Assurance Expert

An expert in software quality assurance, Abraham Danon enjoyed a long career at Motorola Israel spanning almost 30 years,
where he held senior positions as a Software Engineer, Configuration Manager and Software Team Leader and as a Manager in Quality Assurance, Software Improvement and Testing for the entire Motorola Israel Design Center. Danon has extensive experience in selecting, introducing and assimilating new software development processes and tools into organizations to improve the quality and efficiency of software development, as well as vast experience in software testing. His expertise includes running and leading software process assessments both in Israel and abroad, as well as employing international methodologies, such as Capability Maturity Model (CMM) and Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMi).

Danon holds a B.A. degree in Mathematics and Software Engineering from Tel Aviv University and a M.Sc. degree in Information Systems from the Tel Aviv University School of Management.

 Keren Elghouzzi - SW Engineering Process and  Quality Expert

Keren Elghouzzi is a Software Engineering Process and Quality Management expert with over 20 years of experience in software development methodologies, software testing and hardware engineering with Motorola Israel, Schlumberger France and Airbus Industry. At Motorola, she led the software quality and process improvement activities for the entire Motorola Israel Design Center to reach highest levels of Software Process Standards SEI CMM Level 5 and ISO 9000-3. Among her areas of expertise are system quality measurement, including statistical data analysis, software testing management, and deployment of process improvements, such as System Requirement Management, agile development, tailoring, engineering productivity, change management, defect prevention, as well as thorough familiarity with a wide variety of tools, such as Rational® ClearQuest®, Clearcase, Requisite Pro, Oracle's Primavera TeamPlay, Microsoft Project, Metrics tool, and Mercury testing tools.

Ms. Elghouzzi holds a B.A. in Physics and Mathematics from University of Science - Paris VII and a B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology.

 Shmuel Reich - R&D Engineering

Shmuel brings with him a rich engineering career spanning over 30 years in Motorola, MOBAT and Tadiran where he filled senior engineering and management roles and dealing with  System Architecture and Hardware and Software Design for narrow band and broadband wireless data systems. These positions involved intensive collaboration with parallel engineering teams in USA, Europe and Asia, as well as active post-development coordination’s related to production using automatic manufacturing and software based testing tools. 

Over years, Shmuel acquired extensive engineering experience with R/T Embedded Software, IP based Networking, Data Security and is knowledgeable performing development based on Linux and Windows Systems. Furthermore he has experience with using engineering tools such as Rational®, ClearQuest®, Oracle’s Primavera TeamPlay, Microsoft Project and Risk management tool RiskTracker and more.

Reich holds a B.Sc. degree in Electronic Engineering from Ben Gurion University.

 Eli Matalon - Marketing and Sales

Eli is a sales and marketing manager. He held several key senior positions in Hewlett-Packard, Motorola and MIRS, over thirty years period, where he managed sales and marketing operations. Eli has large experience in managing and leading sales and marketing people to achieve their goals and meeting the organization objectives. Eli was involved in complex negotiations with large accounts and third parties.
